I went to have my oil changed When I bought my truck brand n September 24,2021 Worst Chevy dealership I have ever had service at! Do not go there. I went to have my oil changed When I bought my truck brand new in JANUARY 2021 I bought the prepaid maintenance number one and two plan covers my truck up to 75,000 miles. All I want to do is get the oil changed! I honestly don't know if they ever changed it. It was never reset so I ask the service man why? Also my consoles and basket i keep in front and both glove compartments were rummaged through?? AND MOST IMPORTANTLY the oil light came on traveling back to Gales Ferry. Less than 7 miles after oil was supposedly changed??? I called the dealership they said that was odd the young man asked me if my truck was knocking I told him it better not be. I parked it and I believe it was Mike the dealer service manager came and checked it and put three more quarts of oil in it because it was LOW THREE QUARTS. I don't know what impact it's going to have. I also cannot say they did not do it on purpose because they were giving me grief over having the pre-paid maintenance plan. I called the plan administrator and he said they were required to take it. I SHOULD have left when they did not want to do it! NEVER GO THERE! I have had service all over United States. It's not always easy making a new car purchase but they make it painless and offer several options. Nicco was attentive and professional. Can't wait for number 6. You gotta try them. More
