Had pads/rotors replaced on the 24th. Excessive brake noise, did not feel believed when I described the issue. Came back on the 30th, took three hours to determine pads were defective. Cost in my option was ver high for an oil and filter change only at $70.14. Also took an hour and 20 minutes for what should be a simple process. I went to look at a Blazer RS on June 8th and purchased the vehicle that day. I did, however, have to wait for the vehicle until July 24th which was of no fault of the dealership. Another customer had back the vehicle that day. I did, however, have to wait for the vehicle until July 24th which was of no fault of the dealership. Another customer had backed into the vehicle the day before I had gone to look at it, so the wait was for their insurance company to contact the dealership for the car to then be fixed. Josh, the salesman, was very helpful the entire time and kept me updated with the status of the vehicle. More
