Was told it was covered under warranty so I brought the vehicle in. I after multiple statements of what the problem was Ben kept saying it should be under warranty. If the employee wasn’t sure it was under warranty, especially after discussing the exact problem multiple times, he should not have told a customer it’s under warranty.
