I will not be returning to this dealership. I have to say that Ben, the service advisor that I worked with, was a very nice gentleman. However, I've never been told "I can't answer that" or "I don't have any that Ben, the service advisor that I worked with, was a very nice gentleman. They should absolutely be able to tell me if my car is safe to drive or not. I feel like this dealership has a total disregard for people's time. More
Was told it was covered under warranty so I brought the vehicle in. I after multiple statements of what the problem was Ben kept saying it should be under warranty. Next thing they diagnose the car with th vehicle in. I after multiple statements of what the problem was Ben kept saying it should be under warranty. Next thing they diagnose the car with the exact problem that was discussed and was told it wasn’t under warranty. The “diagnosis” was $200 alone. If the employee wasn’t sure it was under warranty, especially after discussing the exact problem multiple times, he should not have told a customer it’s under warranty. At the conclusion of my visit we had agreed on the right price and the vehicle was purchased. They did so exceptionally well that I drove my new vehicle home the same day.
