I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Colorado in for routine maintenance of oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle transmission has been not shifting properly. I advised that the transmission oils needed to b maintenance of oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle transmission has been not shifting properly. I advised that the transmission oils needed to be replaced. I am satisfied that the service seems to have corrected the shifting problems. I once again thank Tammy for her attention and time she spent with me dealing with my mechanical issues. More

One of my least favorite things to do is to purchase a vehicle from anyone, either from a private individual or from a dealership. The Scranton organization made ourrecent purchase experience just about t vehicle from anyone, either from a private individual or from a dealership. The Scranton organization made ourrecent purchase experience just about the best that we've ever had. Dave, the Sales Mgr, was wise enough to pair us up with Kamila who seemed to understand any of my reluctance and put us at ease as best as possible. She was able to gain our confidence with issues ranging from price to features and quality. Going in, I knew what vehicle I wanted but Kamila's salesmanship made it happen with comfort and confidence. This was a very positive experience. More
