I was initially greeted by the sales manager by phone who was cordial, yet direct and quick to get me connected to Matt. Once I was introduced, Matt took it from there. Took my 2019 Chevy Colorado in because the thermostat wasn't working. They looked it and found out it was still under warranty! I paid nothing for the repair!!!! Very glad I brought it there.
