Service was good, but no text or call that work was completed. I showed up at 4:30 to pick up, hoping it was done ( and wanting to avoid the posted overnight fee). It was complete, all was fine. Service dept should stick to oil changes. Took my 2021 5500 there, told they what the problem was. They said that the way it was supposed to be. The third time back for the same issue they ag Took my 2021 5500 there, told they what the problem was. They said that the way it was supposed to be. The third time back for the same issue they agreed with me and replaced parts. Problem solved after not being able to use a commercial vehicle for over a year. Don’t bother making an appointment they just park the vehicle behind the building and get to it when they feel like it. More
