I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to the service department at Scranton Chevrolet, and I couldn't have been more impressed with their exceptional service. From start to finish, the team at Scranton Chevy went above and beyond to ensure that my car was running smoothly and efficiently. One of the things that really stood out to me was the fact that they shot a video showing the service being done and what would need to be done on my next visit. This level of transparency and communication is truly unparalleled in the automotive industry, and it gave me great peace of mind knowing exactly what was going on with my vehicle. In addition to the video, the service team at Scranton Chevy was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail, answered all of my questions, and even provided some helpful tips and advice for keeping my car in top condition.
