Changed appointment late notice. Arrived for appointment that wS scheduled for me to wait. Was told I had to leave it but I would have my truck back that day was given a ride to work Arrived for appointment that wS scheduled for me to wait. Was told I had to leave it but I would have my truck back that day was given a ride to work. Was text 45 min before close that I wasn't getting my truck back. Asked for transport, return text at 4:45, 15 min before close said they couldn't provide it. Had to find my own transport. Arrived to pick up my truck and report said I needed to replace both cabin and engine air filters however I had just changed them the week before. When confronted with this service stated he might not have checked it but was still charged the full $169 shop fee More

kept my car over the weekend without telling me, thank goodness I didnt need my car. In addtion when I was told on monday the service department wanted to keep my car for one more day, and then 10 minutes goodness I didnt need my car.
