I came in for an oil change and with a brake noise complaint. truck sat done for 90mins while I waited in the showroom. Complimentary inspection said brakes were ’good’. Noise persisted — so I went to complaint. truck sat done for 90mins while I waited in the showroom. Complimentary inspection said brakes were ’good’. Noise persisted — so I went to a brake shop. Turns out rear shoes and rotor need replacing…so much for the inspection. Guess where I WON’T be getting the brakes done?! More
