Good Afternoon, I am so sorry for the frustration you experienced and the negative impression we made during your sales experience. Without reviewing all the details, I can't say for certain why your employer discount was not factored into your deal. I can say that MANY factors come into play in every deal that gets built, and often there is more than one possible combination of discounts/incentives a customer is eligible for, and it is a matter of finding which one results in the best overall deal for the customer. If that is what happened in your case, we definitely should have done a better job explaining it rather than leaving you feeling that you were shortchanged. My name is Eric number is 860-752-4866 most days after 1 pm or anytime Saturday is good to call but I spoke with your sales manager and he is the one that told me your dealership does not participate in the suppliers discount so I have three or four people that I work with that will now not use your dealership and I brought it to his attention before I pick up the truck and felt like it was pretty much take it or leave it take the deal they gave me or walk away I really like the truck I didn’t wanna lose it so I took it but not being able to use my suppliers discount really stinks and made me very unhappy and this will probably be the last vehicle that I buy from Scranton and I’ve gotten four or five vehicles over the years And it’s sad too because I really enjoyed working with the sales person I had finance person I had everybody was great until that point now I’m super unhappy
