I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler 2 1/2 weeks ago with a soft top. Part of the deal was they would provide a hard top from another on the lot. I have yet to be able to get the hard top. When they forgot to put my wheel lock back in my car, I called and left a message. The next morning, they called and offered to deliver it to my house…which I accepted, of course.
