I called Tuesday Am because my GMC Terrain ‘s battery had died, right after bringing my 83 year old dad for Cataract surgery! Came in for a Cadillac recall, leaking sunroof, and a sensor that was telling me it was-40 degrees every time it rained. They weren't "yet equipped to handle the recall" but didn't mention that when I ma sensor that was telling me it was-40 degrees every time it rained. They weren't "yet equipped to handle the recall" but didn't mention that when I made the appointment. They called hours after drop-off asking me if I had moved the sensor because they couldn't find it. They did find where the drainage tube was disconnected and pouring into the storage compartments in the rear of the vehicle, but didnt bother to vaccuum out the pints of water that were collected, out of the vehicle. They had the car for almost three days and in the end- the sensor was never found, they re-attached a plastic hose and I went home in a sopping wet car to bust out the shop vac. More
