Being in real estate sales in dealing with car salesman over the years I can’t stay in the car salesman . Then I meant James mangene. His approach was like mine when selling no pressure approach not pushy willing to help anyway that he could . They have done better. From the start things went poorly. The service writer had trouble finding my appointment. I asked if a recall that I had just received in the mail the From the start things went poorly. The service writer had trouble finding my appointment. I asked if a recall that I had just received in the mail the night before could be done without extending my time there too much. Only add a half hour i was told. That's better than having to return so I OKed it. Two full hours after my appointment (oil change used to take less than an hour) I was informed that my front brakes were shot (only 40k on a half ton pickup that is used like a car NOT a truck) and that I would need pads AND rotors (what happened to the warning noise other brands have in place) at a cost of $600.00. YIKES! Two hours later I was told my truck was ready and I was greeted with a $900.00 bill YIKES !!! Seems the brake fluid needed to be removed, the system flushed, and new fluid installed. I was NOT informed of this even though the paper work says I was. needless to say I was NOT a happy camper. I will need tires over the winter. Not likely to return to the dealer for them. More
