Lickety-Split I recommend Scranton's Service Center completely and without reservation. My sunroof would not close completely and given the deluge of rain we have been experiencing, that was a serious problem. I called for an appointment and was given one for the next day. I brought my car in, which was the Friday before a national holiday, and had it back in completely repaired the next day. You cannot beat that for service! Completely impressed and ever grateful! Customer Service Made an appointment for a specific problem and an oil change, at the end of the day I was told they haven't even looked at the problem because their e Made an appointment for a specific problem and an oil change, at the end of the day I was told they haven't even looked at the problem because their electrical was tied up on another job all day. Next day I’m told they still don’t know whats wrong and they don’t have any loaner cars, so I get a rental that luckily my extended warranty ended up covering. Finally they figure it out, order the part and 1 week later I get my car back. My car is unwashed and not vacuumed full of workshop dust. Also, I end up being over charged and have to call them back to resolve the discrepancy. Not the first time that I’ve had an unpleasant visit here, but it will now be the last. More

Above and Beyond I've come to expect excellent service, professional friendly staff and dedication to detail from Scranton Motors. But they never cease to surprise me. I brought my vehicle in to for a check engine light and ended up replacing the thermostat. While talking to the service writer I mentioned that I heard what sounded like a rock hitting the drivers rear quarter panel and that when I hit a bump it felt like I had hit a wall. I have no idea what it was but when I drove off the lot it had been fixed and it didnt appear on my bill! Thank you Scranton Motors for once again exceeding my expectations More
