I like this dealership a lot and they repaired my car, which I am happy about. I bought my Buick Encore at Scranton and am happy with the car The only part that I am unhappy with is paying $212 for th which I am happy about. The diagnostic test should have been refunded when I paid $2500 for the repair. Also, I told you all what the problem was by name, turbo, when I called for the appointment and dropped the car off. I’ve been told that the turbocharger is a known problem in GM cars over 70k miles and the repair is covered in other models. Yet I still paid $212 for a diagnostic test. Do you see my point? Would you be happy about paying for this service? More
