They were able to quickly obtain parts needed for my vehicles recall and get me in right away for a servicing appointment that works with my working schedule. Frank is who I dealt with, he was friendly and courteous from the beginning, including opening doors for me. He was able to quickly get my car into the garage for repairing and it took maybe an hour maybe a little more. The customer waiting area is large enough to keep distance from strangers and includes a coffee area, large tv for entertainment and even several tables and private areas for personal business matters etc. I really enjoyed my experience and would come to this location regularly if I was more local. Brought my car in for recall service. Car was not handling the same after work was done and I brought it back within a week for them to check. After they took it for a drive, I was told “that’s just handling the same after work was done and I brought it back within a week for them to check. After they took it for a drive, I was told “that’s just how AWD cars handle” (even though this just started after they did rear end work on it, and I had been driving the car with no issues for 2 years). Long story short, I learned that they apparently hadn’t even done an alignment on my car after replacing parts in the rear. Even after bringing it back twice, they still just made excuses instead of doing a thorough inspection of their own work. On my fourth trip back, they finally fixed the problem but never did I hear an apology for all the inconvenience caused, never did I hear them own their mistake. I just heard a lot of excuses and that is extremely poor customer service. I won’t be going back to them for anything again. More
