Had a great experience with Scranton - dropped my car off and everyone was very attentive-they not only fixed my car but washed it and vacuumed it as well. Costumer service was fantastic! The service rep you talk to is knowledgable and easy to talk to. The issue is they never do what they say they are going to do. Had my suv there for a tire problem, the rep said they would take care of put talk to. The issue is they never do what they say they are going to do. Had my suv there for a tire problem, the rep said they would take care of putting the spare tire back in place along with all the equipment used to change the tire. When I received the car back the spare tire was put back but all the tools were rolling around the trunk. More

Brought my truck in for warranty service with a transmission shifting issue. Turned out to be a service bulletin for a simple fluid change to fix the problem. Total turn around time was just over 2 transmission shifting issue. Turned out to be a service bulletin for a simple fluid change to fix the problem. Total turn around time was just over 2 hours which was a pleasant surprise! They even washed it for me before returning it! Totally satisfied, happily recommend! More
