Brought my car in for recall service. Car was not handling the same after work was done and I brought it back within a week for them to check. After they took it for a drive, I was told “that’s just handling the same after work was done and I brought it back within a week for them to check. After they took it for a drive, I was told “that’s just how AWD cars handle” (even though this just started after they did rear end work on it, and I had been driving the car with no issues for 2 years). Long story short, I learned that they apparently hadn’t even done an alignment on my car after replacing parts in the rear. Even after bringing it back twice, they still just made excuses instead of doing a thorough inspection of their own work. On my fourth trip back, they finally fixed the problem but never did I hear an apology for all the inconvenience caused, never did I hear them own their mistake. I just heard a lot of excuses and that is extremely poor customer service. I won’t be going back to them for anything again. More
They where better than the last visit. Jeff needs to learn how to deal with customers better.
