Excellent advisor very helpful and met timing stated for service. At time of purchase I bought the extended warranty to 100k miles. I expected not to pay for a sensor issue that was corrected with a AE u service. At time of purchase I bought the extended warranty to 100k miles. I expected not to pay for a sensor issue that was corrected with a AE update however was told unless a part is replaced it does not qualify for the extended warranty. Was treated subpar compared to the person who pulled in before me. She was driving a newer Denali 2500 and two people instantly came over to help while I stood their waiting for assistance. Finally was instructed to go inside and I overheard them offer her services that could’ve been offered to me since I had similar mileage. I got a blunt ‘oil change, what’s the name, sign here’ more or less. I understand I didn’t buy at this particular dealership but at your sister dealership, I only came to this one out of convenience. Decent service. Liked how the mechanic explained what and why my repair was needed. Only drawback was no loaner given out. Had to shuttle both days.
