I have been working with your dealership since July regarding a claim for repairs through Warranty Solutions. I am completely frustrated and will be looking for an alternate dealer to work with. NEVE regarding a claim for repairs through Warranty Solutions. I am completely frustrated and will be looking for an alternate dealer to work with. NEVER had an issue with my dealer in Ohio. I did not expect this level of customer service from any Cadillac dealer. Extremely disappointed! No one returns calls - I made a call direct to Warranty Solutions - they have a claim open and are still waiting on photos to be provided ~ that is 2 sets of photos that have yet to be submitted More

Your Service Writer, Amanda Soucie, is much more than what her title depicts! I bring my vehicle into the bay, she reads the computer with “that gadget,” and then listens to my story of complaints..... what her title depicts! I bring my vehicle into the bay, she reads the computer with “that gadget,” and then listens to my story of complaints..... I leave for a while, and when I return, the vehicle is repaired, the seats are covered, the keys are handed to me, and a smile is given! Awesome!! More

Very transparent and friendly. Simple oil change, but they set the honest expectation for how long it would take ... both over the phone making the appointment and showing up for it. Complementary wash and vacuum was a pleasant surprise. Amanda took the time to show me the waiting room having never been to Scranton before. She also set the honest expectation that my wait would be an extra 15 minutes for the wash, which I was happy to oblige. Have been to.two other GMC dealerships before and Scranton does it right. Willing to drive the extra time from Mass to service there again. More
