Justin was great got me processed thru quickly and scheduled my repair for Monday. Dropped off my Terrain at 7:30 and Justin called me at 12 that I was all set. First time making an appointment for a Saturday morning at 10am for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. Over the past years, the usual wait time is approximately 45 minutes to an hour. on 2/8/20 - I w at 10am for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. Very unhappy with my experience since they neglected to check the vehicle once bought from an auction. My SUV needed a new transmission (2017), Torque converter, horn needed to be fixed. (and a few smaller check the vehicle once bought from an auction. My SUV needed a new transmission (2017), Torque converter, horn needed to be fixed. (and a few smaller issues that have nothing to do with driving) I live an hour away with two little babies so traveling back and forth 5x so far has been hard. The women in service has lied about things that have/have not been done or looked at. Once fixed, more codes have come on. They couldn’t come up with a report for what was checked when they took over possession of the vehicle. Not to mention, bad at returning phone calls. I paid a lot of money for my Acadia Denali, and expected good quality. I’m sadly disappointed in my decision and I now know my best interests was not in this dealerships mind. More

Not helpful at all!! I purchased my 2020 Acadia Denali on December 27 2019. The dealership offered me all weather mats for my car in my deal to buy the car. I was thrilled I purchased my 2020 Acadia Denali on December 27 2019. The dealership offered me all weather mats for my car in my deal to buy the car. I was thrilled . 2 1/2 weeks later no mats , so I called to find out where they might be. I called parts department and they had no record of my mats. They told me call service. So I did, my salesman David was on vacation for a months and the other salesman Evan was in the hospital. They referred me to a gentleman named Ron. He told me the mats never got ordered and he would. Get them ordered for me. Great. A week later I had to call to see if the mats were in. And they were . No call from dealership. I went to pick them up and the first and second row mats were fine but third row was incorrect. Talked with Evan and he said he would oreder the correct ones for me. It’s now a week later and I call dealership to find out about my mats, and only Evan can help me. He is with a customer, never returns my call. One month later still trying to get my mats. Ridiculous! No problem promising me the moon when they are trying to get my money, once they get it, they could care less about me. Terrible customer service. More
