It was a great experience. The least stressful time I’ve ever had buying a car. Nick Wahl worked with us. He was inviting, helpful and friendly. This is how a car buying experience should be. John was honest, up front and knows his product- not making it up as he goes along in hopes of just selling you something. Never once did I feel like he was t honest, up front and knows his product- not making it up as he goes along in hopes of just selling you something. Never once did I feel like he was trying to “sell” me, just proving information so I could make an informed decision. John and the Sears organization did everything they said they would do (no games, no unprofessional high pressure tactics) and the follow up has been exceptional.
