Ben was outstanding in getting me into the car I wanted. I had purchased a 2019 C63S cabriolet only a month before I spotted the 2017 S550 cabriolet that I ultimately purchase. It was a difficult exchange I had purchased a 2019 C63S cabriolet only a month before I spotted the 2017 S550 cabriolet that I ultimately purchase. It was a difficult exchange because I needed to take a substantial loss on my 2019 C class car, which was fast and fun but very uncomfortable. Further, I have the exact same 2017 S class cabriolet in Florida (I am a snow bird) and going back and forth between cars is now seamless - no training required. We went back and forth on the numbers and finally came to a mutually agreeable transaction. Ben kept the discussion going when it looked like it was over. He also made sure there were some issues with the car that were addressed by the service group. I would recommend Ben as a terrific Sears Import representative. I will seek him out for my next car. More
