Friendly and accommodating Although there was a snafu with the online scheduling system, they still took my car and had it ready for me in less than an hour, vacuumed and washed Although there was a snafu with the online scheduling system, they still took my car and had it ready for me in less than an hour, vacuumed and washed. The people there are always friendly and the waiting room is very comfortable. I was able to take advantage of the work area and the free WiFi to do some work on my laptop while waiting.
