The car I received had a hubcap that fell off immediately, and once I put in the order through Secor Subaru not only did it take almost two weeks to arrive but it sat with them for an additional immediately, and once I put in the order through Secor Subaru not only did it take almost two weeks to arrive but it sat with them for an additional two days before I even knew it arrived (I had to call several times.) I was also told because I had an infant daughter born literally the day after I purchased the vehicle and the drive would be over a 2 hour round trip that this hubcap would be delivered to me. This is not the case as the story continues to change, how it couldn't possibly be delivered this week because "it's too busy and important of a week" but when I was interested in purchasing the car I got multiple calls back and got information immediately, but once it's a warranty part that they don't make money off of it's a low priority and the customer gets swept in the dust. Very disappointed and will not be doing more business here. More

I brought my Forester to Express Service because left rear turn signal light was blinking rapidly. Kyle determined it was actually the front bulb that was bad, discovered it was under warranty and replac rear turn signal light was blinking rapidly.
