Service writer Julia was friendly and professional. She was attentive and explained the changes from the previous Mitsubishi dealer service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I bought a lotus and had an excellent purchase experience. Jake Weiss followed up on all outstanding issues promptly and was knowledgable and enthusiastic about the brand he was selling.
