We were looking for a vehicle for my wife, and I was doing the advance search. Secor Volvo advertised a used XC70 that appeared to be a great fit. When I went to test drive, my first impression was that the car was in excellent condition. However, I needed to have my wife test drive it, and we are a 25 minute drive from the dealership. Our sales rep Steven Matters offered to extend our test drive, take the car to our business, and have my wife test drive it. We did, she loved the car, and the deal was completed. Two days later the car was ready to pick up. It was detailed and ready to go. We have owned many cars over the years, but this Volvo is the nicest and most comfortable we have owned. After the first week of ownership, my wife really enjoys driving it. We are thrilled with the car. I would buy a Volvo again, and Secor is my first choice. More

No pressure sales and patient advice with new technology Diane was a gem to work with. I was very reluctant to give up my 14 year old xc70 wagon, but realized I did need to upgrade to some of the newer tech Diane was a gem to work with. She helped me navigate everything from my first drive in an SUV to the systems that operated the car. I so appreciated her patience as well as how she was able to help me understand it all. So I drove 1 1/2 hours in the snow and after waiting another 1/2 hour was told due to the weather my part didn’t arrive but it would be here this afternoon so I could leave the car and get a ride home. Exasperated I left with my car and received another phone call indicating the part was on back order. So 3 different stories and no service. In fact I do not believe they intended to repair my car that day. And except for the young man at the service desk no one there was courteous or professional. I will not return for service of any kind. More
