A testament to their commitment. In 2017 We purchase our 2014 Volvo Certified XC70 T6 from Secor, a week later the battery died, freak thing, nothing they did wrong or could foresee, In 2017 We purchase our 2014 Volvo Certified XC70 T6 from Secor, a week later the battery died, freak thing, nothing they did wrong or could foresee, this while my wife was at a Job Interview in New London. The salesman and manager immorality responded and went to get my wife and the vehicle, got her in a loaner and the next day had a new Volvo battery installed and no problems since. A testament to their commitment for which I assume they would do for any customer. In past month 2019 I used their service department for the first time with no complaints. They were very good about making things 100% right. Nick in services is very pleasant to deal with, a little busy at times but still was very personable and attentive. The work completed for me was on two vehicle, one the 2014 xc70 T6 warranty service and an alignment. The other was an Audi A6 Quattro where I had them mount and balance tires on very expensive wheels. Although nervous, the reason I went to them is they have the proper equipment i.e. touch-less tire changer and very good quality tire weights and balancing equipment. I normally use the local Audi dealer but they required three days advance to mount and balance wheels, even if off the vehicle, and too, want twice the cost of an alignment than what Secor charges. I dropped of the Audi for an alignment at 9am and had it back by 11:45 with the steering wheel straight and no complaints. As I am very particular about my vehicles, they are like one of my children and I don't just trust them to anyone. I have to say Secor did a great job, I now have a trusting relationship with them and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. More

Happy customers! Stopped in for an oil change and winter service special pack with 2 cars. Julie was a sweetheart. She accommodated us with our 2 cars back to back so Stopped in for an oil change and winter service special pack with 2 cars. Julie was a sweetheart. She accommodated us with our 2 cars back to back so we could go together and didn’t have a long wait time. She told us about the coupons we were sent so we could save money! Everyone there was very friendly and greeted us! The donuts were delicious! Our cars speeds up faster and stops more efficiently now! It’s like brand new again! Julie was very informative and showed us why our car might have been slowing down with the dirty car parts. It was very interesting and we are very happy we got to see and now we can tell others to get the winter service special too so their cars will run better like ours does too! It made our day to find our cars vacuumed and washed too!! Thanks so much for another fabulous experience! More

Great service! Service was great,My check engine light was on so I brought it in. The part that needed to be replaced was under warranty so it was no charge.
