I was very unhappy with how my sales experience went at security dodge. I love my car but will not return to this jeep dealer. First Kabir, the sales agent, was terrible. He continued to tell me the wrong security dodge. I love my car but will not return to this jeep dealer. First Kabir, the sales agent, was terrible. He continued to tell me the wrong information. First I went into jeep and spoke with kabir. I said I would think about leasing a grand Cherokee and then decided to return a second time. I made a second appointment with kabir and he made me wait almost an hour. I figured it was the right thing to do to return to kabir for business, since he helped me a week prior. What a mistake. He was very rude to me when I said I wasn’t happy that I waited so long. He then quoted me a price I wasn’t sold on and when I told him he just got up and walked away. No negotiating,no thank you for my business, nothing. I then got a manager and explained the situation. John Sciortino was very nice and we negotiated a deal. I had to sign with kabir and then more unhappiness ensued. Kabir never told me the warranty was for 36 months and had me lease for 42 months. He said leasing for less time wasn’t an option. I then had to pay $800 out of pocket to cover my car for 6 months of warranty at signing. He also forgot to tell me he needed proof I didn’t have a jeep so he needed paperwork from my previous Hyundai lease. I had to go back to jeep to provide the paperwork. Vito Illardi then emailed me claiming they couldn’t get in touch with me and needed the paperwork. At this point I was exasperated. They now had 2 copies of what they needed. I emailed Vito informing him I had made the trip down to jeep and they had my paperwork. I also told him how unhappy I was about kabir. Vito never answered my email. Now if you know a customer is extremely unhappy wouldn’t you acknowledge that? I will NEVER recommend security dodge to anyone. I have about 6 coworkers that lease through jeep. I will make sure they don’t go to the amityville location and tell everyone what a terrible experience I had. More
