Awful experience. I was asked to pay $80 to have someone take a defensive driving course for me to save on my car insurance. Didn't sound legal but I'm sure they wouldn't offer something like that if it was take a defensive driving course for me to save on my car insurance. Didn't sound legal but I'm sure they wouldn't offer something like that if it wasn't legit. Either way I reached out to car insurance companies to see if this would be considered fraud. I was also told they only worked with 2 lenders. I received 6 hard inquiries when applying for financing. I received a rate twice as high as my pre-approval from the same lender and Tom Dunn refused to look at the pre-approval saying he selected the best rate and term. I asked about the 5 other lenders and asked what they offered and was told he was not allowed to disclose that information and that he selected the best rate. I opened a CFPB complaint and will update when I hear back. More

Service people are great. However charging 4% to use a credit card is not consumer friendly so going forward I will go to local mechanic for oil changes etc.If I knew about the service charge when I dropp credit card is not consumer friendly so going forward I will go to local mechanic for oil changes etc.If I knew about the service charge when I dropped car off I would have gotten cash.
