This is dealership is a complete joke with terrible customer service. I brought my car in for service as it seems that there is an issue with my engine or transmission. My car will hesitate when I acce customer service. I brought my car in for service as it seems that there is an issue with my engine or transmission. My car will hesitate when I accelerate the car. I shared this issue with the service department, and was told that they needed to replicate that issue to further look into the car. I was left a voicemail explain a mechanic drove my car and was able to feel the hesitation when accelerate. Weeks past and I still didn’t have an answer, but that a transmission specialist would look at my car. My car was in their hands for almost a month, just for the service department to tell me there is no issue with my car no issue found and to come pick up my unsseviced car. That no one could replicate the hesitation motion in my car when it accelerate (which I have a recording stating otherwise. I was actually told by the service supervisor that this is probably my fault because I haven’t brought my car to an over priced dealership to be serviced. And no I didn’t I brought it to my family machine (Firestone) for the two years I’ve had it. . Which has much better customer service then this Jeep dealership. 2 months later, were in a COVID-19 pandemic, and my check engine light is on. Very convenient, is it related to the issue I brought it in for ? Most likely. Terrible dealership, there are plenty of other Jeep dealers On Long Island NY wait your time. Let me add, I have a full coverage highest cost #Warranty on my car which clearly is a waste! It doesn’t allow me to rate a zero. Or I would More
