Horrendous First off I want to say im a fairly easy going person. And my truck was just in for service in june.That being said, I was highly disappointed with my recent dealings with the service department of Security Dodge. I had to bring my 2016 ram 1500 ecodiesel in AGAIN , I recieved an error message stated " Engine will not restart in 150 miles service DEF See Dealer" I drove the vehicle 1 more day keep in mind my round trip to work is 72 miles, brought my truck in to the dealership and explained how untried to make an appointment but the earliest they had was 3 weeks out and it was an emergency they immediately gave a a slight attitude especially when I asked for a courtesy vehicle so I could still go to work. The service guy Eddie said " you come in here without an a appointment and tey to get a vehicle when other people with appointments are ahead of you. Like I had a cho6when the my truck is telling me it's not going to start again. Fast forward- they had my truck for 11days, it cost me a small fortune for a rental. Needless to to say everytime I called for an update they gave me the run around. I picked my truck up on Monday Wednesday my check engine light is on again. I am no longer going to this place they haven't fixed a thing for all I know they let the vehicle sit there for 11 days cleared the error message and sent me on my way... they are discourteous,condescending ,rude and dishonest, and could car less about you or your vehicle. obviously their mechanics must not be that good. I'm going to have to find another service center and dealer for this truck and my next one More
Horrible experience with service center Brought my daughter’s 2018 Jeep Compass to the service center because it was stalling and the emergency brake was engaging while driving. After two days, I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was told by Eddie, my service advisor, that my vehicle wasn’t seen yet. Also told that they have vehicles that have been there for 10 days and still haven’t been seen. A week later I went to the center to check on the status and asked to speak to the service manager. Initially he seemed hesitant to come out of his office but eventually addressed my concern and told me that he would keep me updated. Well, that didn’t happen and I received my vehicle after two weeks for a leaking oil pan. If you can avoid this service center, please do!!! More
not good I came to the dealership already approved with all intentions on buying a used rebel I saw for sale online, drove 45 minutes to see the truck, once I I came to the dealership already approved with all intentions on buying a used rebel I saw for sale online, drove 45 minutes to see the truck, once I looked inside the truck it had trash in the center console, a car seat in the back and I used baby diaper in the door , yes that's correct a used dipper in a car with less then 10k so much for the new car smell , then I was told I couldn't test drive it because that had no one to clean it out, really how about the guy who left it that way. if you are gonna put a dealer plate on a car and drive it around for personal use take it off the website for sale, don't call it one owner call it two because two people had now driving the car all over. after talking to a sales rep I was told I know I understand that's not right but its the owners nephew , so because its the owners nephew we can trash I new car and lose a sale? not sure the owner would approve of that , not sure dodge as a whole would approve of that ....... but hey keep it up the bad work ill never come back there More

Rude arrogant You had my car for 11 days I was away on vacation. My daughter was my go to in case of a problem. Day 8 a problem. After 5 different mechanics looking at my car before you. You said it’s something else. Day 11 I go to pick up my car pay the diagnostic fee and wait for my car. Rude arrogant snot in parking lot started screaming at me because the mechanic pulled my car into lot so I could leave. Saying I can’t park there. I screamed back that I will be leaving your establishment as soon as the mechanic gets out of my car. Problem still not fixed and don’t bother contacting me because you definitely won’t like my response Is there a rating below one because that’s what you all deserve More
