Poor service I purchased a 2015 Yukon for approximately $38.000 almost 2 months ago and had issues 5 days later. I came from ct.which took close to 4 hours due to heavy traffic and the only issue that was fixed was my a.c. when it rain I still have water leaking in which I was told was fixed but wasnt. My passenger halogen light went out and everytime I call to speak to someone in service I'm brushed off and told I'll be given a call back. I'm supposed to have the best bumper to bumper warranty they offer yet I cant get nothing fixed. More

Will never buy/lease here again - Revising first review I leased 2 cars the same day. Salesperson was all sweet, hugs and kisses until I didn't respond to one of the surveys (dealer experience) sent me (it I leased 2 cars the same day. The Dealer Rater survey did arrive in my Inbox so I was able to reply right away. For this reason I have not gotten my registration yet. They can deny it all they want but I know they are playing games due to the contradicting phone conversations and text messages. When I finally found the survey and told them I did it I was told "all is good with your registration now", funny, that was about 10 minutes after the person I spoke to at the dealership told me that it hadn't arrived in their office yet and that is why I hadn't gotten it yet. I know that to be a good car sales person you need to be a really good BS artist but to play these kind of games? Totally unacceptable!!! More

Prompt Service I went in a few days before Memorial Day. I knew ahead of time it would be busy. Once I got inside the shop they said it would take about 45 minutes. I went into the showroom to look at a new Durango. Thirty minutes later my car was serviced and I had ordered a new Durango from Alise. No fuss and no muss. This is my fifth new car from Security and overall and my tenth Chrysler product. I sure miss my 69 Dart. More
