Redeemable Action Taken 2 years ago I went and leased a car and I thought that the sales person was putting my interest first. He had me test drive a car that I later realize 2 years ago I went and leased a car and I thought that the sales person was putting my interest first. He had me test drive a car that I later realized the car I got mostly was a different one. (Shame on me) however more stuff came and pretty much was not happy. Spoke with Natalie Jenkins and she took my complaint into serious consideration and passed my issue along to Michelle. They all took the issue serious and didn't make any promises but look at options and see what was available. My sales guy was Elvis and this dude listened to what I was looking for, he took his time to help me find the car that actually would fit what I was looking for, tested, told me the car I was taking home. Walked me through all the process. Raja, this guy does his best at closing the contract to help with anything he can. I could say with all honesty that they redeemed themselves after a bad experience at the sales department. P.S. The sales person who didn't helped the first time, Is no longer there. Horrible Management I waited a week for the car to return to the dealership to test drive. I know of at lease 3 employees that KNEW I was waiting for it to return. I answered phone calls and emails from them, with the updates. ... Finally got the call that it has returned. I made the appointment to come in First thing the following morning. I was escorted into an office with a very smug manager.....who without any consideration, or apologies, or understanding whatsoever.....he very so matter of factly said... "oh yeah, she waited a week, but, we took a deposit yesterday and sold it" I gave it barely one star rating, due to the fact that $$$$$$$ rules over customer satisfaction. Shame on you to let the almighty dollar rule. More
