On Monday morning, as I was reviewing the paperwork online, I realized, they had another RAM, other than the one we agreed on, in stock, that I preferred. 10 days before your vehicle is even looked at Brought my vehicle in for an easy repair... took 10 days before it was even looked at, diagnosed and then the parts ordered. I called on the 7th day and was told it was in the shop and being looked at, when I showed up the 8th day I was told it wasnt looked at yet. The 9th day my service writer was out and they had no info for me. I was renting a vehicle for the 12 days they had mine. Mine is under warranty, would have been cheaper for me to have it fixed locally out of pocket then pay for the rental car. However the staff I come in contact with are pleasant and helpful but overwhelmed. More
