I told him in the parking lot as we were going for a test drive that it was over our budget he assured us to take the test drive. when we got back he went into the office and was able to bring the same car down below our budget. this sales person really made me feel comfortable in the whole new buying experience. Don't like the 39 month lease. 36 month is a ploy. Love the car but have a few issues to address on 1,000 mi check up, condensation in driver's side taillight & looks like chips on edge off drivers side door but clear coat over them. Great Service I originally spoke to James, who answered all my questions over the phone. When I came in, I was greeted by David Moshinsky. This man, went through every obstacle for me to make sure that I would drive off the lot with a car on the same day. He was very attentive to not only my preference of vehicle, but also asking if I would like a water, coffee, tea, soda etc. He asked if I was comfortable in my chair because they have other seats I can sit in. He kept me updated on the search of the vehicle I wanted. He was very straight foward & knowledgable in what I was asking for. The insurance woman (I wish i remembered her name) was very kind & efficient with the transfers of insurances. Charlie (I signed off woth him) was also very kind & personable. There was also a young lady, I believe her name was Alex, who also helped during my shopping experience at Security, she made it less intimidating to purchase my first vehicle. Which is a 2019 Jeep Compass. Over all wonderful, & would super definately recommend. More
