Never again!! I got ripped off by this dealer when I bought my Durango and several times getting service there. First from day one I asked for and was told I had the max lifetime warranty and five years later to my surprise it ended. Almost everytime I had any service done something extra was found that was not covered by the warranty. My last visit the truck looked like someone went 4 wheeling in it and I was told the lot where it was kept was muddy because of the rain. Never again will I be back. This dealership is a bunch of scam artists from sales to service. More

Challenging I purchased a 2016 truck it has had problems, but the biggest by far has been the problem that I drop my truck of( recd a loaner). Disappointed this time out All fluids are supposed to be checked and topped off during this type of service. I knew I was almost out of wiper fluid when I went in. Shortly after I left, I went to wash and wipe the windshield and was out of fluid. Clearly it wasn’t checked and topped off. Makes me wonder what else was marked off as checked but not really looked at. If something that simple can’t be done correctly, how can more complex things be done right? More
