Front desk needs guidance I came in early and was pleased that the service rep was able to get me in for a recall programming upgrade. After two hours, I asked if the car was d I came in early and was pleased that the service rep was able to get me in for a recall programming upgrade. After two hours, I asked if the car was done. The service manager went to the front desk where the paper was sitting in front of the girl. The girl stated that she called us two times. We were in front of the desk and easily would have heard our names being called at a reasonable volume. My newly washed truck was transferred to a long term lot since it was sitting there for an hour. The freshly washed truck came back with mud all over it. I have bought three trucks from here. You need to tighten up! More
