My son leased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 and our salesperson Alise was very knowledgeable friendly and accommodating. Not only did she sell us the car but answered every question with confidence. She never pressured us and was very patient as she made sure that my son made the right choice and most importantly was happy. Although Alise was off the day he car was being delivered she took it upon herself to be there when we picked up the car. It was a pleasure to work with John Lafrancesca one of the managers at security as he handled the deal in a professional manner and also made us feel so comfortable. He greeted us in a friendly and professional manner and then introduced us to Alise as our salesperson. We have leased many cars and have been to many dealers but John and Alise exceeded our expectations and went over and beyond to exercise their customer service skills. We would definitely recommend both Alise and John and will definitely be back for our next vehicle! More
