He helped me find a truck with close to all the features/add-ons I had wanted within my price range. Jonathan Vigorito also chipped in on making the process warm and welcoming and definitely reassured me that this was the truck for me . Jay Dellala made the financing aspect super easy. He enlightened me on everything I could know about my options and hooked me up with a great warranty. In all, great experience and would definitely recommend Security over any other Dealer! More

Neglected The service department has no organization, they take in more vehicles than they can service and then leave your vehicle sitting on the lot for over The service department has no organization, they take in more vehicles than they can service and then leave your vehicle sitting on the lot for over a week. We are a service business and need our trucks on the road so our techs can go out and work. They have had our truck since Monday, which was a pre-scheduled appointment, today is Thursday and we are picking it up to bring it elsewhere. The last time we had our truck in for service, I called in after several days to check on it and was told "the truck has been in the shop all day, we are just waiting for the diagnosis." All our trucks have gps tracking, that was a lie, the truck was parked in a lot across the street and never moved. This is not how you do business and then go on the radio and advertise yourself as the number 1 dealer on Long Island? Not even close. More
