Do Not do business with this dealership This dealership is terrible, I was a loyal customer for 3 consecutive vehicles. I leased a brand new Jeep Wrangler directly from the showroom, and th This dealership is terrible, I was a loyal customer for 3 consecutive vehicles. I leased a brand new Jeep Wrangler directly from the showroom, and the vehicle had a major safety manufacturer defect while I was on the highway. The axel shaft and housing collapsed and caused the rear wheels of the vehicle to come to a dead stop while I was traveling highway speed, nearly causing a major accident. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership and requested that they either terminate the lease agreement or trade in the vehicle. The sales manager, John LaFrancesca offered me the lowest possible trade in value, and he furthermore accused me of intentionally damaging the jeep. When the repair work was complete after 2 weeks, the service manager, Wendi Berke, told me that I had to take the jeep off the property or else they would charge me storage fees, and if I didn’t return the rental car they would report it as stolen. The way I was treated by this dealership was a disgrace, and I will never do business with them again. I want to make this situation clear to anyone who is considering a new vehicle, this place is awful and they should be held accountable they’re poor business practices. More

This was my first time buying a vehicle here, I wanted to give it a try since I had nothing to lose. I had a BMW to trade in, and although I was negative equity they helped me get the Jeep I wanted at a reasonable monthly payment. Started a little skeptical but at the end things worked out and my sales person was very helpful and answered all my questions, even gave me a little more for my trade in like I asked her from the beginning. At the end I walked out with the SUV I wanted and a bunch of extras thanks to security Dodge. More
