Since day 1 CarPlay has not worked in wrangler Trying to resolve wrangler CarPlay issue. Since day one has not worked. Near 30 days ago. Waiting for service appt that was 30 days away. Waiting for appt. paid extra for CarPlay since we travel every day and CarPlay would allow gps. Now I do not have hands free gps since I must use my phone. This is not how I expected my new wrangler service appointments would be received. I really expected a resolution quickly since the wrangler was barely off showroom floor. I look forward to a resolution quickly. More

Terrible experience. This was the worst service center I’ve ever dealt with. They couldn’t take my car for 3 weeks for a warranty issue. When they got my car - we HAD an appointment they didn’t look at it until it sat in the lot for two weeks. It took another week to fix. I got a courtesy car the DAY BEFORE my car was fixed. At that point it was insulting. My car was returned to me with tape all over the exterior, no gas and a new dent. The girls that work the desk are rude, and i had to call every day for an update. The service person assigned to my case kept promising to call me back and never did. I will never, ever, buy a car here again. More

Poor Experience I already sent a letter to Dodge Corporate Customer Care about how bad my experience was. In short, getting routine inspections (NY State and Powertra I already sent a letter to Dodge Corporate Customer Care about how bad my experience was. In short, getting routine inspections (NY State and Powertrain) took almost 2 weeks in total, including constant miscommunication, non-communication, and the dealership having my car for 3 days (almost 4 if not for sending someone in person to check the status) without offering a loaner car or telling me why the inspections weren’t complete or what the status of the car was, plus the service dept receptionist initially telling me I didn’t need an appointment when I did, all which completely inconvenienced me and my transportation situation. No one had any information when I called multiple times after dropping off my car or ever returned my calls when I requested it. In addition, my car was released to a person I know and that I asked to pick up my car without the dealership contacting me to confirm that I was okay with that person picking up my car. The person showed up while I was working, said they knew me, and they were given my car. The worker said, "You don't look like someone who would steal a car" to this person. I never mentioned an alternate pick up when dropping my car off to the dealership and the dealership never asked me if I knew the person who showed up before they released my car. Inexcusable. Poor experience all around. And I couldn’t tell you who anyone was that helped me because no one introduced themselves in person or over the phone and no one returned any of my calls. I was told 'Greg' was supposed to return my calls but he never did, and 'Mark' released my car when it was finished but someone else spoke with him when picking it up. More

Service manager Brandon is out and about in the Dept and is the the best ! We always deal Dennis the service writer and he also is amazing and on point ! 5 star ?? rating all around ! Their parts Dept is the best too ! Ask for Colin for all your part needs ! More
