Awful CustomerCare I Purchased a new Jeep from this dealer 2 months ago. An essential part for the soft top was determined to be defective, therefore making the soft top I Purchased a new Jeep from this dealer 2 months ago. An essential part for the soft top was determined to be defective, therefore making the soft top impossible to install. I was told to bring the defective part to the dealer, where a claim was made and pictures were taken and a new part was supposed to be ordered and estimated to arrive 3 to 5 days later so I could install my top in August. It has been 7 weeks.....no part or explanation thus far. Calls , texts and messages go unanswered. The salesman returned my first couple of texts and assured me that the part was ordered and would be in shortly....but the salesman no longer responds to texts or voicemail. The Sevice dept said they left the service advisor a msg and I left a voicemail. No callbacks. Obviously I am unable to install and test the soft top..winter is approaching...No one seems to care. I never leave poor reviews and I opted not to mention people names because I do not like to affect another persons livelihood but the current circumstances have left Me with little choices. I have wasted so much of my time with this dealership. I received an email from this dealership yesterday asking me if I was still in the market for a new Jeep..this dealership is confused and unorganized..It would be wise to take your business elsewhere.. Horrible Took me 10 months to get truck in shop and constant back and forth with phone calls. Secretaries aren’t on top of things and are rude. I was then told the service will take a week and it took longer and I had to rent a car. Was promised things and their end of the deal was never met.
