My vehicle was serviced for a flat tire. During the initial inspection, evidence of possible critter damage was reported. Upon closer view, no damage incurred. I purchased a 2024 Ford Edge. I went to 4 different dealers because I am from an industry that requires 3 bids. Terrible first time buyer car experience I'm 22 with a good credit score 745 prior to the finance manager submitting my credit application to six+ lenders(not once was it sent to Ford Motor Credit) this w good credit score 745 prior to the finance manager submitting my credit application to six+ lenders(not once was it sent to Ford Motor Credit) this would be my first car that I would be financing I've been employed with Ford Motor Company since 2020 as well as I have payment history with American Express extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism ESPECIALLY when I requested that my application be sent to no more than two lenders.
