Robert was great and made the day fly by while working on this or that and he shared some of the lunch the crew had with me while I was there going through the process. A lot of dealerships don't seem to care about used car sales but people would be hard pressed to say that about the Serra Ford FH crew; I was treated like family even though I was buying a different make and model than a Ford. I will recommend the team and the dealership to people searching for a vehicle! More
