After a condescending experience with a salesperson at another dealership I was referred to Amer at Serra Ford. The difference was night and day. There is a great energy at Serra Ford. Everyone there make another dealership I was referred to Amer at Serra Ford. The difference was night and day. There is a great energy at Serra Ford. Everyone there makes you feel excited about getting a new car. Amer is a top notch salesperson. He answered all my questions, no pressure. He wanted me to be happy with the vehicle I got. The dealership didn’t have the exact vehicle I wanted in its inventory but it found it, negotiated with another dealership to trade for it and drove there and back 100 miles to get it for me. Such outstanding customer service. Amer kept me informed along the way. He’s now our family’s “Ford Guy.” Looking forward to doing more business with Serra and Amer in the future. More

I had a great sales experience with Scott Shawbitz. He was very accommodating, making it very easy for my wife and I to compare and decide on a model.
