I've been going to Serra Ford for years, and the service is always great. But this year, I had the absolute pleasure of working with salesman Mike Brown. It is rare to find someone that is truly excellent a is always great. But this year, I had the absolute pleasure of working with salesman Mike Brown. It is rare to find someone that is truly excellent at their job, but that's him! He went way above and beyond to help me make a decision about leasing/buying and figured out different scenarios to fit my budget. He sat with me in several vehicles and showed me all of the new features in the car. This was the first time I had a salesperson actually show me so much about my car. I feel like I learned so much in this process, and I will recommend Mike to anyone I know that needs a car. On top of that, he gives his clients flowers and little gifts for your new car. He truly appreciates his clients and is a genuinely nice person. More
