True to his word, we had the truck back the same day (and he was correct on the diagnosis). I've gone to a few different Ford dealerships and worked with many different service employees and John really stands out above the rest. Thank you for great service! First, I must say, the sales process, handled by Angelo, was phenomenal. So much so, I ended up referring people and buying two vehicles, as opposed to one. Then, we had a mechanical issue with our new Flex, the dealership service department, particularly Matt, also performed well and had a rental car pick us up. The issued was fixed w/out any hassle. Had another problem with a paint/body repair issue that was also handled very well. Do not hesitate to buy from this dealership. They have your back. More

I have had the 2017 Escape a little over a week. This has been a great buying experience with Woody. He has been extremely kind and patient, always very responsive to my questions and calls.
