Service Department is Great! We were having an issue with our Ford Edge. I called to make an appointment and was immediately connected with John L. in service. When I explained the issues we were experiencing he immediately identified the problem. He reassured us the repair would be done the next day and we'd have the truck back ASAP. True to his word, we had the truck back the same day (and he was correct on the diagnosis). First, I must say, the sales process, handled by Angelo, was phenomenal. So much so, I ended up referring people and buying two vehicles, as opposed to one. Then, we had a mechanical issue with our new Flex, the dealership service department, particularly Matt, also performed well and had a rental car pick us up. The issued was fixed w/out any hassle. Had another problem with a paint/body repair issue that was also handled very well. Do not hesitate to buy from this dealership. They have your back. More
