Good service on a Mustang with rear axle issues It took a little bit for them to diagnose the issue. I had to come in to show them it wasn't my tires that was the source of the noise. After that, th It took a little bit for them to diagnose the issue. I had to come in to show them it wasn't my tires that was the source of the noise. After that, they took care of the problem. Even going so far as to do two different repairs on the transmission. The problem was "pitted bearings". I really appreciated John giving me accurate and prompt information via many phone calls. Quick repair and very helpful customer service Dan was great to work with - he let me know up front that the issue that I was experiencing was likely related to a warrantied issue.
