They gave me an appointment time. . had the car until almost closing time without calling to let me know they needed to keep it overnight. Would not recommend. We love our car, but the service was horrible. We asked them to run through our credit union. They claimed they got us a better rate through another We love our car, but the service was horrible. We asked them to run through our credit union. They claimed they got us a better rate through another credit union. Never even tried ours, but did run credit through 6 banks. Six!!! But not the ONE we requested. We waited 30 minutes for salesman to put gas in our car. When he returned, there was less than half a tank. Oil life in car is 32%. Car needed to be aligned and they were supposed to do that before we picked the car up. Now they can’t seem to get us on their schedule. We knew what we wanted when we entered their lot. We found it. Wish they knew how to satisfy customers. We bought another car from a different dealer less than a year ago and would highly recommend them to anyone. We love our car, but we would never send anyone to Serra. More
